Betty, Betsy and the Rairden-Ramsey Family

Elizabeth Lucy Hastings Rairden, b:8-20-1903/d:10-6-1965
My Great Aunt "Betty"

Elizabeth's daughter:

Elizabeth Lucy Rairden Ramsey Harris, b: 3-28-1925/d:8-07-2001
My Cousin "Betsy"

I believe this is Elizabeth Lucy Hastings (Rairden) at the Sagamore Beach cottage, "Two-Ways".  The man is unidentified - ** Note to Ramsey Cousins - do you think this is your Grandfather, Albert Rairden?

Betty & Betsy at the beach

Betty, Betsy, and is that Albert behind Betty?  Harry Hastings on right. Two women on left unidentified.

Identified: Betty on far right holding a doll; Frances Hastings Cook center, with Martha Cook Stiles in front.

Hey Cousins, now these are exciting finds... maybe you can fill in some blanks!
Written on the back of this photo:
"Fishing trip on Vineyard Sound; Captain, Mr. Sterling, Albert Rairden (names in a list, so is the man on the left your Grandfather?

Unfortunately the following 'boating' photos are unmarked...
Harry Hastings, second from right, and the man in the middle appears in one of the above photos...

Notation on the back:  "Harry, Lydia and Albert"
**Note to Ramsey Cousins - is this "Albert" your Grandfather?

Elizabeth "Betty" Hastings Rairden.
Notation on the back:  "Betty & Topsy, Winter Snow 1948"

OK, Ramsey Cousins, this is where you come in...
None of the following photos have any notations, obviously this is your mother and father with their first son

** Note to Ramsey Cousins:
Since we have all reconnected and shared information, I now know that this series of pictures are the "Ramsey Family" because these two had the photography studio stamp on the back:  Goschnick Studios, 300 Riverview, - Port Huron

The middle photo has this notation:
"What a rascal he is"

Photos 3 & 5 - "Three generations - Betty-Betsy-Child"
Aunt Betty, in these photos reminds me of my mother Martha Cook Stiles,
something about the tilt of her head in #5 and the nose looks very familiar!
Photo 4 - Family picture - not sure of the identity of the woman on the right

Notation on the back:
"Taken in the north meadow in front of our house"
